My unique approach to de-stress and move forward in your life combines nature-inspired mindfulness tools, therapeutic strategies, and effective writing methods.

As a registered social worker and university writing educator, I spent many years exploring the connection between writing and thinking. Both in client sessions and the classroom, I consistently observed how writing enabled clearer thinking.

Throughout that journey, I discovered that combining specific writing techniques with therapeutic strategies and nature-inspired mindfulness tools greatly enhanced mental clarity and overall well-being.

I offer powerful workshops to help you gain focus and discover your inner truth. I call this the root of your thoughts. Without understanding these roots, you may be making decisions that manifest as confusion, anxiety, or dissatisfaction.

Revealing your roots will reconnect you to your true desires, emotions, and values, paving the way for stronger decisions, and a deeper state of well-being.
