As the holidays approach, life can get a little hectic. But before you dive into the seasonal busyness, how about taking some time for yourself? Imagine entering the holidays with a clear mind and a calm heart. That’s exactly what my Write to Unwind workshop offers.

This pre-holiday workshop is all about finding the mental clarity you need to fully enjoy the season ahead. Through guided, mindful writing, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Clear your mind and ease pre-holiday stress

  • Discover clarity about what truly matters this season

  • Reflect on your year and set your intentions for the holidays

  • Unwind and create space for inner calm and self-care

You don’t need to be an experienced writer - just come with an open mind, a writing book, and a pen. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer-minded, and equipped with simple practices to continue unwinding through the holidays.

FAQS

  • Saturday, November 20, 2024 | 1-2PM

  • Planet Botanix, 301 Bank Street, Ottawa. Walk in the front door and enter the event room at the back of the store. MAP

  • 1 hour. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time at 1 PM as we begin at the scheduled time.

  • Planet Botanix is a retail shop located on Bank Street in Centretown, Ottawa. There is easy access by car, bus, walking, and bike. Parking is free on downtown streets.

  • A writing book and pen.

    NOTE: For the greatest effectiveness, you will need to handwrite.

  • Food is not allowed in this space. Please let me know if you require food for health reasons during the event.

  • Your writing is private. We refrain from talking during the experience to maximize the benefits of the experience. (I will be talking though :)

  • Yes. I will show you where it is before the event begins.

  • All purchases are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, I kindly ask that you notify me via e-mail at least 24 hours before the start of the event. You will receive a full credit for the amount paid, which can be applied towards future trees&breathe events and workshops.

    Should I need to cancel due to low registration or unfortunate events, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of cancellation at least 12 hours before the start of the event, and will receive a refund.
